- Asphalt Distributors
- BearCat produces several options for asphalt distributors, each more durable and productive than the last. Our standard BC-502 Distributors are commonly known as “the legend” due to their unmatched productivity in the asphalt industry. Additionally, we offer asphalt pull trailers, able to be retrofitted with our dust control spray systems. Finally, our granulated rubber asphalt distributors work much like our BC-502s, with the benefit of being able to spray large amounts of viscous material.
- Chip Spreaders
- BearCat’s Tandem Chippers have been setting industry records for the past decade. With features like computerized rate controls, high-capacity belts, and folding rear hoppers, our chip spreaders turn out extremely high productivity rates. Contractors can choose our standard 20′ Tandem Chipper, with a 10’-20’ extension on the fly. Or, our Stealth 16′ Tandem Chipper operates similarly but is smaller and more maneuverable.
- Crack Sealers
- BearCat’s all-diesel crack sealing machines have never been surpassed in sheer volume or daily production. Our crack sealers are fully compliant with DOT regulations, helping contractors keep up with the repair demands of clients. Each machine has easy-to-operate temperature controls, a quick-start system, excellent heating capacity, a rinse-free system, two sealant loading doors, and additional features.

For example, our SP-200 Roadtec Spray Paver simplifies chip sealing by combining asphalt and aggregate application into one step. Also, our precoat chip foaming system helps make chip sealing more effective, and our cold-in-place recycling system allows contractors to recycle and reuse asphalt on-site.
